Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50 AUD. For orders below that, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also contact us at support@kelltoy.com for updates.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at support@kelltoy.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Are refunds processed quickly?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Are Kelltoy products safe for babies?

Yes. All our products are made with non-toxic, CE-certified materials. We carefully select every product to meet international safety standards. Some products recommend adult supervision for children under 18 months.

What age range are your toys for?

We carry toys for all stages — from newborns (0+ months) all the way to kids 8 years old. Each product page lists the recommended age range.
