Refund Policy

We want you and your little one to love every Kelltoy purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@kelltoy.com with your order number and reason. We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Sale items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately at support@kelltoy.com with a photo. We’ll resolve it at no cost to you.
